- Responsible for the food production and daily operations of the Banquet Kitchen
- Ensure quality of the food items are maintained to the highest standards and compliance of food safety and hygiene standardsat all time
- Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food and maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products
Job Requirements
- Diploma in culinary related disciplines or equivalent vocational training certificate
- 3-5 years of culinary experience and preferrably in hotels
- Well-versed in kitchen hygiene be innovativeand service-oriented
- Team player with good communication skills
