About the role
Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People team at ASC. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment is highly organised and is keen to build further experience within recruitment and HR.
Youll play a key role in supporting our endtoend recruitment process ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a smooth professional and positive experience. This will include screening candidates coordinating interviews and supporting daytoday recruitment activity to ensure processes run efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an initial 6month fixedterm contract offering hybrid working with onsite presence based at our Bradford office (BD12) when required.

In return we offer a salary of depending on experience along with a structured development plan including tailored training and ongoing mentorship to support your growth within Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
- Support earlystage screening and maintain organised talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews manage diaries and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Support assessments when needed including logistics preparation and candidate followup
- Maintain accurate candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System
- Respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking
- Support adhoc projects within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team
What we need from you
- Previous experience in an administrative recruitment or HR support role (desirable but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with systems and managing high volumes of information
- Able to prioritise workload in a fastmoving environment
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
