Your quest will be to:

• Support senior product managers in defining and executing the product vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with design development and data teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Support live operations by planning scheduling and coordinating engaging in-game events to keep players excited and active
• Help manage production tasks ensuring priorities are clear deadlines are met and the team stays aligned
• Monitor game performance and player metrics helping to identify opportunities for improvement using AI tools to speed up analysis and surface insights
• Assist in planning and running A/B tests to validate new ideas and optimize gameplay
• Help coordinate cross-functional tasks across departments such as customer support data monetization QA and live ops
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights to the wider team
• Use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter whether thats drafting specs analysing data generating ideas or automating repetitive tasks

To start playing you will need:

• 1 year of experience in product management data analysis or project coordination (internships welcome!)
• AI fluency - youre not just prompting AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude youre building things with them: automating workflows prototyping features generating assets or integrating AI into real products. You can show tangible output from projects where AI was a core part of how you built not just how you researched.
• Experience with no-code/low-code or automation tools (e.g. Zapier Make n8n Notion)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Basic understanding of agile workflows and project management principles
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English

To boost your game its nice to have:

• A habit of experimenting with new AI tools and finding ways to apply them to your work
• Passion for F2P mobile games and understanding of what makes players tick

Building community and having a place to connect with each other is very important for us. We like not only to work together but to have time to get to know each other to celebrate and have fun. We also value peoples choice to work from anywhere thats why we have a very flexible hybrid model.

Our policy is 4 days per month at the office and we decide however were gonna go. There are people who like to go once every week or two days every two weeks four days straight or even combining the last 4 days of one month with the first 4 days of the next month and only go 8 days straight every two months. Whatever works best for you!

If you dont live in Italy we have two options: if you would like to relocate our company offers a relocation package to help you move to Milan; if you want to stay where you are we offer a benefit to help you with travel expenses and flexible working hours around your journey time.
