Essential Job Functions
- Support programming debugging and optimization of PLC systems (Keyence)
- Assist with integration and setup of sensors actuators and other automation components
- Support and develop machine vision systems (Keyence and Cognex)
- Perform low-voltage (24V DC) wiring and electrical panel work
- Read and create wiring diagrams and schematics
- Assist with documentation including work instructions schematics and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Follow company safety standards and support compliance with manufacturing and quality requirements
Requirements
Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Bachelors or masters degree in Electrical Mechanical Automation Robotics or Controls Engineering or a related field
- Basic PLC programming and ladder logic knowledge
- Familiarity with industrial sensors (e.g. Keyence Sick)
- Understanding of basic electrical systems including 24V DC circuits
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with C#
- Experience with machine vision systems
- Exposure to robotics or automated handling systems
