About The Role

What youll be doing

- Design and evolve high-throughput services with a focus on observability fault tolerance and cost-efficiency. Youll own capacity planning and define the SLOs that keep our revenue-critical systems stable

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across APIs and data pipelines. You will optimize code and queries to minimize latency and maximize throughput under real-world production loads

- Champion clean code automated testing and CI/CD. Youll lead design reviews and introduce the metrics necessary to measure and improve long-term system health and maintainability.

- As a mentor and POC youll shape the technical roadmap of our advertising platform

What youll bring to the team

- Strong experience building and operating production-grade software systems using NodeJS Typescript and React

- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-based architectures in AWS

- Demonstrated ability to improve system performance scalability and reliability

- Deep understanding of non-functional requirements and how they influence architecture

- Backend focused engineering with some frontend involved
