Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full time Cleaning Technician to join our this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and disinfection services across a variety of commercial and residential environments.
As part of our professional cleaning crew you will use industry-leading equipment environmentally friendly products and proven methods to ensure every space meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Wage: $22 - $28/hour (depending on experience). Full time positions: 40 hours/week
Core Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial and specialty cleaning services (offices commercial facilities and residential spaces)
- Clean and maintain carpets upholstery floors and other surfaces using approved techniques
- Disinfect high-touch areas to support workplace health and safety standards
- Operate cleaning equipment and use eco-friendly cleaning products properly
- Complete deep cleaning specialty cleaning (e.g. biohazard estate or post-construction) and maintenance programs as required
- Follow company procedures safety protocols and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure client expectations are met
- Maintain cleanliness organization and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- Reliable punctual and professional attitude
- Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning equipment responsibly
- Flexibility to work various shifts and job sites as needed
- Have a valid drivers license
- Criminal Record check upon hiring
