Job Title: Specialist Channel Sales
Description: This role supports the growth and effectiveness of our B2B sales channels by ensuring smooth operations strong crossteam coordination and datadriven decision making.
As a Specialist Channel Sales you will work closely with Sales and internal partners to manage orders support channel initiatives and improve how we deliver value to our customers.

The Role
In this role youll play a critical part in enabling our channel sales business to run efficiently and scale effectively. Youll wake up excited to support sales teams optimize processes and turn data into insights that influence decisions.
In your first six months your biggest impact will come from ensuring smooth order execution improving visibility through reporting and strengthening collaboration across Sales Marketing and other internal teams. What sets this opportunity apart is the breadth of exposure from daytoday channel operations to complex B2B projects giving you a wellrounded commercial experience.
What Youll Own
- Own daytoday order management for the EIC (English Institution Courseware) business ensuring accurate tracking timely execution and smooth fulfillment
- Support the implementation of channel sales policies and help ensure consistent execution across the sales process
- Track analyze and evaluate B2B marketing and channel activities turning data into clear insights and improvement recommendations
- Produce regular data reports to support sales planning performance reviews and decisionmaking
- Support complex sales and channel projects by tracking milestones coordinating crossfunctional stakeholders and helping ensure ontime delivery
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of channel operations and internal workflows
About You
- You bring experience in channel sales operations project coordination and data analysis ideally within the education or publishing industry
- Youre analytical and comfortable working with data using tools like Excel or BI platforms to produce insights and reports
- Youre someone who values collaboration communicates clearly and enjoys working closely with Sales and crossfunctional teams
- You thrive in a fastpaced environment manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and take ownership of your work
- Youre proactive serviceoriented and motivated to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree or above in a related field (Education Publishing Educational Technology or similar preferred)
- 3 years of relevant experience in channel management sales operations project management or a related role
- Familiarity with B2B business models particularly in education or publishing is strongly preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage
