Executive Housekeeper Pre-Opening Hotel Resort South Luzon Philippines
A pre-opening hotel resort in Batangas is looking for anExecutive Housekeeperto join its pre-opening and operations team. The successful candidate reporting to the General Manager will be responsible in overseeing the entire housekeeping department ensuring that the hotels guest rooms public areas back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained and meet the resorts high standards. This role includes managing housekeeping staff ensuring inventory control implementing cleanliness standards and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related discipline
Five (5) years experience in the same role or a department head for a five-star hotel resort
Pre-opening experience preferred
Possesses leadership and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self starter
Willingness to be based in Batangas Philippines
