Review and renew strategy agreement periodically Set up new project selling strategy and promote to customer

3. 客户关系维护: 客户总部在公司对外窗口单一联络人与客户总部和落地分公司紧密联系并协助解决工地问题向客户总部提供月度/季度项目管理报告

Customer Relationship Maintenance: The single external windows from OTIS to customer headquarters co-ordinate with customer HQ and Otis branches to resolve field issues. Make monthly/quarterly project management reports

4. 与落地分公司合作搭建双方对接架构跟踪并确保客户合同的及时签约和其他紧急需求

Cooperate with the landing branch to build the management structure track and ensure on time sign and delivery and other urgent needs from customer.

5. 客户项下所有项目的数据管理和维护建立项目跟踪报告制定行动计划并参考相关资源每月/季度向上级领导汇报

Set up project tracking report to make action plan and refer to relevant resources and report to management level monthly / quarterly.

6. 落地项目控制主要是价格及条款的合同评审确保符合策略

Landing contract control mainly on estimation and contract review make sure to comply with the strategy agreement and police.

7. 每日总裁报告/TOP250回访跟进区域内KA项目故障降低CRC管理工作

Follow up Daily Presidents report /TOP250 report Regional KA project breakdown reduce and CRC management.

8. 客户满意度评分改善跟踪

Customer satisfaction survey tracking and improvement

9. 支持新梯部门新投标/续签需求

Support NE department new bidding and renew requirement
