Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing our commercial lines book of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 annually bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $15000 to $300000 in premium.
- Collaborate with 2-3 producers to provide comprehensive account servicing.
- Handle all aspects of account management including quoting new and renewal business.
- Work closely with the marketing team for new and renewal business placements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS 360 software.
- Support producers in growing the book of business and achieving agency goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an agency setting handling commercial lines. Preferred 3-5 years of experience.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS 360 software is preferred (training available).
