The Opportunity
In the role of Senior HR Business Partner Operations Manager you will significantly influence operational success within the Business Partnering (BP) organization. You will report to the Director of Business Operations Global Business Partnering & Talent (BPT) and collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner leadership team. Additionally you will work with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to lead and expand operations for complex international initiatives. You will create and sustain a steady operational rhythm for the HRBP team drive accountability and support continuous enhancement. Your deep business insight and leadership in transformational change will enable you to assess business requirements spot operational gaps and turn challenges into prioritized effectively implemented solutions that yield measurable benefits. You flourish in a dynamic fast-paced global setting always eager to learn and develop as the organization changes while prioritizing the teams and businesss needs.
What youll Do
- Establish and manage the operational flow for a team of HRBPs encouraging ownership and steady refinement in programs processes and implementation of key initiatives.
- Provide critical program management support to HRBPs ensuring customer-centric and standardized HR program delivery to leaders throughout the business.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations Global BPT on annual planning and on advancing key initiatives throughout the global BPT organization during the year
- Collaborate with HRBPs and across COEs on cross-functional initiatives ensuring alignment of resources to desired outcomes
- Identify compose implement and scale initiatives workflows and technology improvements that develop HRBP efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and create dashboards ad hoc reports and insights on key employee and business metrics that illustrate impact and progress.
- Serve as a thought partner guiding and developing the perspectives of key senior leaders
- Build effective trusting business relationships across the organization to support Adobes strategic business direction in alignment with Adobes Core Values
What you need to succeed
- 7 years of experience in program management or business operations
- BA or BS degree in a related field; HR experience is a plus
- Remarkable capacity to establish guide and perpetually refine business operations and program management.
- Experience designing implementing scaling and optimizing global HR processes and programs.
- Proven capability to develop connections and collaborations across all tiers of the organization including providing guidance and persuasion to senior leadership
- Critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems into meaningful actionable pieces and leverage data to derive insights that inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with solid attention to detail
- Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills
- Comfort with ambiguity a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt as business needs evolve.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$248400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $171600 - $248400
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
