Location: Phoenix AZ (On-site Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42800 - $46780 per year

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the fast-paced and exciting events industry. The successful candidate will assist in the planning coordination and execution of a variety of events ranging from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and community events

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and organization of various events from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Support event setup breakdown and on-site management tasks.
• Help manage event registration and attendee communications.
• Maintain accurate records of event budgets expenses and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and occasional travel as required by event schedules.
