Who we are: AV Specialists has been serving the Tampa Bay area for over 30 years specializing in luxury residential automation and high-performance audio/video. We work in high-end homes and commercial spaces with brands like Control4 Lutron Savant Sonus Faber McIntosh and B&W. We finish every job. We answer the phone. We dont cut corners.

The role: We need an experienced technician who knows residential automation someone who can walk into a high-end home communicate confidently with the client and execute a clean professional installation. Commercial audio experience is a plus. This is a long-term position not a pit stop.

What you should bring:

34 years of hands-on experience with Control4 Savant Lutron or comparable platforms
Solid low-voltage fundamentals structured wiring rack building clean terminations
Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with homeowners
Professional appearance we work in luxury homes and our reputation is everything
