Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Established agency seeking to hire a commercial insurance account manager to join our commercial team. Ideal candidate will have a commercial lines background in the property & casualty industry
Responsibilities:
The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions claims handling and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills including but not limited to; customer service administration and remarketing accounts.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 plus years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent technical/analytical skills
Detail oriented as must.
