Operations Manager

To strengthen our motivated Production Team at our Charlotte NC facility we are looking for a passionate Operations Manager.

Your Role

• You will be responsible for hiring training supervising and motivating plant staff including administering performance reviews and managing employee development.

• You will support our production team by setting production schedules monitoring progress and implementing strategies to meet and exceed production goals.

• You are ambitious to develop and implement strategies to optimize plat operations improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

• You will contribute with managing and developing the plants budget implementing cost saving initiatives and ensuring efficient use of resources.

• You are committed to a forward thinking approach to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Management Supply Chain or a related field.

• You have already gained 5 years of experience in a packaging or production management role within a manufacturing environment.

• You have strong knowledge and understanding of packaging machinery processes and materials (e.g. corrugate flexibles rigid plastics).

• You have demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing 5S TPM or other continous improvement methodologies.

• You have excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
