Sustainability Project Manager

Sustainability is at the core of Instabees business model and we drive it as an integral part of our company vision and strategy. We are now looking for an analytical Sustainability Project Manager that can lead our internal impact projects and manage sustainability reporting.

About The Role

In this role you will manage projects to drive electrification and efficiency improvement engage stakeholders from across our organization and perform our carbon accounting for internal and external reporting. You will support the development of our annual sustainability report and ensure our data drives real change.

You will be part of the Group Sustainability team at Instabee but you will also work very closely with our Operations Finance and Tech departments. You wont be siloed; you will act as a bridge across the organization to collect data and communicate performance insights. You will report to the Sustainability Director.

Some Of The Things You Will Do

• Project set up & tracking: Scope projects including cost-benefit analysis define KPIs and run effective meetings to ensure the team delivers on time.

• Sustainability / carbon accounting: Perform our carbon accounting model and logic according to GHG Protocol.

• Data collection: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to collect data related to sustainability metrics. Ensure quality through triangulation.

• Reporting: Develop sustainability performance reports and data submissions e.g. annual sustainability report and EU Taxonomy report.

• Hands-on project support: Step in with analytical support where neededwe are a team that does the work.

What Were Looking For

We believe the ideal profile has an educational background in engineering business or sustainable development. You likely started your career doing climate calculations (GHG accounting) and are now transitioning more to a project-based role.

• Experience: 25 years of experience in sustainability.

• Project management: Experience managing projects end-to-end and leading small groups or workshops.

• Data & Quant: Deep knowledge of GHG Protocol and experience working with large data sets to drive insights.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Beneficial with fluency in Swedish.

• Mindset: Self-driven and proactive with a hands-on approach. You thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
