You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a leading American company in the energy sector. We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Agent to join our Medellín-Itagüí office. If you have a B2 or C1 English level sales experience and a desire to grow this is the opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current customers to offer upgrades and service improvements.
• Contact former customers to invite them back with attractive new offers.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.

Requirements

• B2 or C1 English level.
• Previous sales experience in a call center (required).
• Must be available to work onsite at Itagüí - Calle 76 #45 A 09 Contacto Solutions near the IDEO shopping center.

Work Conditions

• Schedule: 44 hours per week.
• Initial phase: Monday to Saturday rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Contract signing from day one.
