Job Description:-

• Lead and manage end to end project delivery across planning execution monitoring and closure
• Prepare and maintain project plans schedules budgets and delivery milestones
• Manage scope cost quality risks issues and dependencies
• Drive governance status reporting and compliance with enterprise standards
• Coordinate with cross functional teams including engineering QA operations and business stakeholders
• Track and manage project risks and mitigation plans
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and expectation management
• Facilitate project reviews steering committee meetings and leadership updates
• Manage resource planning allocation and utilization
• Ensure adherence to SDLC delivery frameworks and organizational processes
• Support audits compliance reviews and contractual obligations
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements
• 7-11 years of experience in Project Management Program Management
• Strong expertise in core project management practices
• Proven experience managing enterprise or ADM projects
• Strong understanding of project governance risk management and delivery control
• Experience working with cross functional and globally distributed teams
• Expertise in status reporting dashboards and executive communication
• Strong leadership decision making and problem solving skills
• Exposure to Agile SAFe Waterfall hybrid delivery models
• Experience in BFSI or regulated enterprise environments
• Familiarity with project tracking tools JIRA MS Project Excel etc
• Knowledge of financial tracking invoicing and cost controls
• Experience handling multi vendor or client facing engagements
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage pressure and complex dependencies
• Strong planning organization and execution mindset
• Coaching and mentoring capability
