Position: L2 Deskside Technician

Location: Mississauga ON L5N 0E1

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a Level 2 Technician to provide onsite deskside support in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11 and strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 deskside support for hardware software and network-related issues
Install configure and troubleshoot Windows 11 systems
Diagnose and resolve incidents related to desktops laptops printers and peripherals
Manage user accounts access and basic IT requests
Support software installations updates and patches
Document issues resolutions and maintain service records
Collaborate with IT teams for escalations and complex issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in Level 2 deskside support
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 environment
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device setup
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service processes
Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft certifications)
Experience in corporate or enterprise IT environments

Work Environment:

Fully onsite role in Mississauga ON
Immediate joining required
