Looking for an experienced WMS and Systems Analyst with min 5 years of experience in warehouse logistics and transportation environments.

Specializes in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) providing end-to-end support across receiving inventory and shipping operations.

Proven expertise in systems analysis configuration and second-level application support including incident and problem management using ServiceNow.

Strong technical background in SQL using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio/ Toad for Oracle to support data analysis troubleshooting and system integrity.

Experienced in client onboarding user training process documentation and multi-site implementations across platforms could be - Blue Yonder SAP and Infor.

Recognized for combining technical insight operational knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure stable operations and successful system adoption.
