Job Summary

Position: Kronos Functional Consultant

Duration: 6 months (Contract)

Location: Hybrid (Dallas TX)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant with expertise in key Kronos modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge and the ability to work independently on configuration and functional tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on Pay Policies and Accruals configurations

Create and manage Dataviews and Reports based on business needs

Configure and validate Employee Self-Service (ESS) components

Handle Timekeeping processes and ensure accurate setup

Manage Approvals and workflow configurations

Collaborate with stakeholders to meet functional requirements

Required Skills:

8 years of hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions

In-depth understanding of accruals pay rules schedules and time tracking

Experience with dataviews custom reports and workflow configurations

Strong analytical communication and documentation skills

Prior experience working with global teams is a plus
