Job Summary

Strong hands-on experience in Apex LWC Aura Flows Integration Procedures.
Proven experience in designing and customizing Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
Experience with integration patterns - API-led Kafka ESB microservices.
Understanding of SOQL performance tuning (SOQL 101 issues) and Apex governor limits.

Functional Skills

Strong understanding of CRM processes: lead-to-order case lifecycle service operations.
Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.

Certifications (typically expected)

Salesforce Platform Developer I ()
Platform Developer II (preferred)
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Additional certifications like OmniStudio LWC Specialist DevOps (Copado) are a plus.
