Job Summary

Role- Voice Engineer With IPT.

Location: Salisbury NC.

Duration : Contract

JD:

Management of Telecom expense of a client with over 10 K Users.
Procure new devices for users and design/deploy solution of IPT infra issues.
Handle Critical IPT Voice requirements
Need to answer user calls basis enquiry request and complaints on Call usage Data usage Plans VAS Billing issue Coverage related issues.
Answer queries related to IPT Phone issues Infra Issues Call Path Issues for example phone Issues Call Issus etc
Coordinate with OEM Field Services Local IT Ops for Loaner and Spare device management Repair and Break-Fix Services
Follow up with vendors.

Ensure timely resolution of Incidents and tasks.

Understanding of common IPT telecom terminologies and services

Understanding of voice data and/ or wireless services

Understanding of IPT Enterprise Infraturcture ex CUBE WXCC CUCM UNITY SME Voice Gateways SIPSCCP MGCP UCaaS.

Relevant experience on IPT UCaaS

Should have worked with global customers
