Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide senior technical leadership for backend Java development supporting Workflow Orchestration Initiatives (e.g. Appian platform).
- Lead the design and development of scalable secure Java backend services and microservices.
- Define and enforce backend architecture standards design patterns and best practices for workflow-centric solutions.
- Collaborate closely with workflow platform and engineering teams to deliver robust APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Drive integration with enterprise systems using REST messaging and event-driven patterns.
- Partner with product infrastructure security and data teams for end-to-end solution alignment.
- Support CI/CD processes DevSecOps practices observability and automated testing for backend services.
- Mentor engineers conduct code and design reviews and promote engineering excellence.
- Contribute to the Payment BU Workflow Intelligence and Optimization Initiative.
- Ensure backend solutions are reusable high-quality and aligned with workflow-driven automation requirements.
