Job Description:

As a Procurement Analyst you will support the procurement process by evaluating supplier performance and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and evaluating vendor proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of services
• Reconcile and submit invoices by partnering with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Assist in processing any accounting requests ensuring alignment with financial policies
• Handle vendor onboarding requests including verifying credentials negotiating terms and ensuring seamless integration into the system
• Work on improving the accuracy and maintaining vendor data in the internal project tracking systems to operational efficiency

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in procurement supply chain or a related role
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude thrives in ambiguous situations and proactively identifies process improvements while presenting actionable solutions
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $40.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
