Job Summary

Job Title: Territory TSM – Hospital
Reporting to: ASM/ RSM- GT
Location- North / South/ West/ East (Major Cities in the Zones)

Role:
Build Sales and brand at Hospitals and Nursing Homes in assigned Territory
Achieve Annual Sales targets keeping trade budgets under control.
Responsible for a team of Distributors DSR and Junior Sales Officer (If Any)
Responsible for Connect with Small and Medium Sized Hospitals and Nursing
Homes and their Conversion in assigned Territory
Face of Front-Line team for the Division
Distributor / Stockist Handling
Job Responsibility: -
1. To achieve volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget time and policy parameters through efficient control of the network under charge
2. Executing the agreed strategic alliances with Hospitals and Nursing Homes along with their attached / Inhouse HCPs
a. Timely implementation and follow-ups for monthly activity/ promotions specific to Hospitals
b. Liaisoning and Building relationship with Promoters / purchase Team of Hospitals and Nursing Homes

3. Building Relationship and Stock maintenance at Pharmacy and Out Pharmacy of the hospitals
4. Liaoning with Merchandising team for branding activities Hospital if Required
5. Operating all Schemes & Promotional Activities (Marketing & Sales) as per
prior approvals and discussed during the monthly review meetings
6. Organising CME/ Camps / Others Engagement Programs in relationship with Hospitals and Nursing Homes or attached HCP or their liaisoning team / promoters.
7. Assisting the Area Sales Manager for Sales forecasting- Brand and SKU wise while looking at the Market Potential. Coordinating with Local TSM for Business plan without any overlaps in his area.

8. Doing RCPA in the area where Hospital & Nursing Homes is located to check on number of prescriptions generated and converted.
9. Responsible for ensuring Distribution Health is maintained by doing
Managing health of distributor channel on a monthly basis:
Speedy claim settlement
Monitoring expiry and Low Shelf-life stock liquidation
Maintaining sales and stock register month monthly basis
Generating primary orders on weekly basis to maintain adequate stock levels at any given point.
Ensure all New products and billed and procured by distributor
Ensuring stockists are utilising the DMS tool effectively and audit whether bills are going from DMS to market.
Maintaining distributor MIS according to company norms
Key Skills: -
- Strong communication & negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
- Should have experience of Front line working in the assigned territory
- Should have ability to communicate with Hospital and HCP and convert them
- Should be open for traveling and should have good networking presentation and team management skills.

Requirements:

- Graduate with 3-5 yrs. experience in OTC / RX / OTX Experience with Hospital and Nursing Homes Connect
- Robust communication skills
- Selling skills: Relationship & networking
- Presentable
