Position Summary
NeuLife Rehabilitation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support administrative operations in our Louisiana location. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth office functions supporting staff and maintaining efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office operations
Support onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation compliance
Coordinate scheduling meetings and communications
Assist with payroll support and timekeeping processes
Manage office supplies vendors and facility needs
Serve as a point of contact for staff and leadership
Qualifications
2 years of office management or administrative experience
Experience in healthcare or human services preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (iSolved preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
