Reporting to the Senior Chef you will be tasked undertaking a variety of duties and responsibilities including:Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen surfaces benches and equipmentAssist with kitchen setup before service and packdown after serviceWash dishes pots pans and utensils promptly and efficientlyAdhere to all food safety hygiene and workplace health requirements Support food preparation tasks including assembling basic dishes and garnishes Empty rubbish bins and manage waste disposal in line with hygiene standards Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing peeling and chopping vegetables) Portion label and store ingredients correctly Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean sanitised and ready for service Refill kitchen supplies as required during service About You:You will ideally have a background in hospitality or customer service with specific experience working within the food and beverage space.
