Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a driven motivated and self-sufficient Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join our high-performing team. What Youll Do
As a BDC Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customersplaying a critical role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all internet and phone inquiries
- Engage customers and schedule qualified sales appointments
- Utilize CRM tools to track manage and follow up on all leads
- Follow established scripts and workflows to ensure consistent customer communication
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and conversions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system
- Generate and manage reports forms and required documentation in a timely manner
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism integrity and customer satisfaction
Experience Required
- 13 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or BDC/call center environment
- Proven experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls internet leads and appointment setting
- Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools (automotive CRM experience preferred)
- Prior automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics (appointments set show rates conversions etc.)

- Working knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools
