We are seeking a skilled and motivated Window Tint Technician to join our automotive team at AutoTek Customs. The ideal candidate has experience installing automotive window film with precision and professionalism while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in clean installs attention to detail and working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

9:00AM-5:30PM (M-F) No weekends

$45k plus commission

Responsibilities

Install automotive window tint on customer and dealership vehicles
Cut and shrink film accurately for various vehicle types
Remove old tint and adhesive when necessary
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate professionally with service advisors managers and customers
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

Previous automotive window tint experience preferred
Ability to hand-cut and/or use plotter systems
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Experience with PPF or vinyl wrap is a plus
