Job Summary
Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS
- Required Bachelors Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Preferred Masters Degree
- LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required
- LIC-Drivers License - STATEMI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
- CRT-Hand Therapist Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred
