Commercial Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Commercial Administration the Commercial Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the needs initiatives and targets of the Commercial Sales Team by supporting clients throughout their relationship with Vistek. This includes supervising orders driving sales revenue managing our commercial clients throughout their relationship with Vistek and related sales addition the Sales Coordinator is responsible for resolving all complex inquiries from the clients and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as creating quotes accurate order fulfilment in a timely manner answering the phonemanaging calendars etc.
- Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have technical questions and/or inquiries about order fulfilment and overall analysis of their account.
- Provide support and excellent Customer Service to commercial clients throughout their entire relationship with Vistek
- Collaborate with internal departments about the status of customer orders from the time of quote creation to the time the customers has received and is satisfied with their order.
- Monitor and maintain client records and databases according to company guidelines and expectations
- Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization
- Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings
- Actively follow up on and communicate with customers to resolve any queries.
Skill and Competencies
The successful candidate selected for this role will be:
- Able to effectively communicate exceptionally well both verbally and in writing.
- Have strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles methods practices and techniques.
- Demonstrate solid negotiation conflict resolution and people management skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments key business partners and customers.
- Have strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Familiar managing a Sales portfolio
- Actively take initiative and strive to create an excellent customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales coordinator or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience managing a sales portfolio or supporting a sales manager is an asset.
- Experience in HubSpot and Slack
