Job Summary
Jersey Mikes is hiring Assistant General Managers in Training to grow into General Manager roles. Were looking for energetic reliable leaders who thrive in a fast-paced team-driven environment.
Pay:
- Training (first 812 weeks): $20.00/hour (includes tips)
- Fully Trained AGM:
$21.50/hour (includes tips) EBITDA bonus

- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- ServSafe Manager Certification (during training)
- Strong communication leadership & POS/computer skills
- Flexible schedule; able to stand bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- 1 year restaurant leadership experience preferred
What Youll Do:
- Lead daily operations and support the GM
- Manage schedules inventory and team performance
- Coach and train team members
- Ensure food quality cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle opening/closing and key holder duties
- Deliver excellent customer experiences and drive sales
