Sentinel Federal Credit Union is hiring a collaborative and solutions-focused Operations Manager to join our team. This role works closely with senior leadership and department managers to support and coordinate operational functions across the Credit Union ensuring processes are efficient consistent and aligned with organizational goals.
This is a newly designed position offering a unique opportunity to be an active participant in shaping and refining how the role evolves within our organization. Youll have the ability to contribute ideas improve processes and help define what operational excellence looks like at Sentinel.

What Youll Do
Coordinate and support daily operational functions across multiple departments including branch operations the Contact Center and technology service
Work closely with senior leadership and department managers to improve workflows increase efficiency and support operational initiatives
Monitor operational processes identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions that enhance accuracy and service quality
Assist in the development documentation and maintenance of operational policies and procedures
Support system updates operational reporting and performance tracking to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with teams across the organization to troubleshoot issues and provide practical solution-focused support
Assist with vendor relationships service contracts and operational resources as needed
Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies procedures and applicable regulations while maintaining confidentiality
Who You Are
At least 18 years of age required
Bachelors degree in related field required
Prior supervisory managerial or leadership experience required
5 years of direct operations management or equivalent experience in a CU environment required
Valid drivers license preferred.
