Enter Near Misses
Promote Quality driven environment
Enter NCRs for non-conforming material
Count parts for accuracy
Clock job quantities when jobs are complete
Enter discrepancies in conjunction with clocking
Communicate with team and follow up on any missing information or discrepancies

Qualifications

The following skills are required for the Data Entry position:

Basic knowledge of computer operation including keyboard and mouse operation knowledge of Microsoft is a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Operate equipment in area as needed after proper training (machines forklift bander pallet jack powered and handheld tools etc.)
Almost continual walking reaching grasping carrying and balancing
Moderate amount of time standing and stooping
Work is in a shop environment with exposure to hot or cold weather high temperatures fluorescent lighting and proximity to moving mechanical parts
Moderate exposure to humidity
Occasional exposure to wet weather toxic or caustic chemicals
Must have good attendance record at previous jobs
Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
