Job Summary
- Coordination of travel expenses and events
- Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to leaders
- Prepare teams and leaders for meetings with agendas materials and follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings workshops off-sites and events both virtual and in person
- Assist with People and Culture processes including onboarding mandatory training and basic recruitment
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders engaging with the CTT DDAI team
- Seek out opportunities to simplify processes improve coordination and reduce friction
- Confidence in diary and inbox management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating events workshops or offsites
- Be able to take initiative and anticipate needs
