We are looking to recruit a fulltime (35hrs) Whole Family Development Officer to support Stirlings Childrens Services Planning Partnership to continue to develop and drive forward Stirlings plans for enhancing sustainable whole family wellbeing. The successful applicant will like us be committed to making a real difference to the lives of children young people and their families.


We are looking for a dynamic confident and highly motivated individual with degree level qualifications and successful experience of leading change that has led to improved outcomes. You will need to work flexibly and creatively across service boundaries supporting different stakeholders including children young people parents/carers and multiagency professionals to work together to enhance the family support system within Stirling.


As well as the relevant qualifications and experience qualities we are looking for in the successful candidate are a can-do attitude vision passionate about supporting children and their families energy initiative good communication skills and self-discipline. This is a fixed term role funded for 18 months. Should you wish to undertake this role on a secondment basis you must have prior approval from your line manager before applying for this position.
