About the Role:
As a Newly Qualified Nurse youll be supported to:
Deliver high-quality evidence-based nursing care for children and young people with complex and life-limiting conditions.
Build strong compassionate relationships with families offering emotional and practical support
Develop clinical confidence through hands-on experience in complex symptom management medication administration and care planning
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team contributing to holistic and person centred care.
Grow professionally through reflection feedback and ongoing learning opportunities.
Progress towards leading shifts and supporting colleagues as your confidence develops.
Youll work flexibly across a 24 hour service with guidance and supervision always available as you grow into the role.
About you:
Qualifying this year or recently qualified Registered Nurse
Passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centred care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Committted to learning and professional growth
Registered or eligible for NMC registration
