About the Role
As an Assistive Technology (AAC) Account Manager you will play a key role in transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities while increasing awareness of LinkAssistivesproducts and services. You will provide highquality support through remote or in-person consultation and build meaningful and longterm relationships.
This role primarily covers South Australia (SA) with additional interstate engagement across Australia. You will work closely with our Clinical team Solution Consultants and Technical Support team to ensure solutions are well aligned with the needs of clinicians stakeholders and our users.
Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Adelaide with flexible working hours and days (35 days per week). The role includes regular travel (12 times per week) primarily across South Australia (SA) with some interstate travel. A remote working option may be considered for suitable candidates located elsewhere in South Australia.
In this role you will:
Strengthen and grow Link Assistives presence across primarily SA as well as interstate.
Support clinicians and their clients throughout product trials while building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Deliver product demonstrations training sessions and information events focused on assistive technology and AAC.
Stay up to date with evidencebased practices and developments in the field and actively share knowledge with education and AAC experts within Tobii Dynavox.
Represent Link Assistive at conferences expos and industry events across Australia.
What Were Looking For
This role suits an experienced professional who learns continuously works effectively both independently and collaboratively and is motivated by making a meaningful impact. Ideal candidates will bring:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the health disability or aged care sector in relevant roles such as Speech Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist.
Current registration with relevant professional bodies (SPA is required).
Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders understand diverse needs and build credibilitybased relationships.
Strong presentation and analytical skills to confidently support recommendations and decisions.
A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regularly (required).
Experience with or a strong interest in AAC and assistive technology (preferred).
