Quality and Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the Quality EHS and Risk strategy aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Act as the final decision authority on all quality and risk-related matters.
• Establish maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and Excellence System requirements.
• Lead quality targets continuous improvement initiatives and product safety programs.
• Ensure full compliance with health safety environmental and energy regulations driving a strong safety culture across the plant.
• Identify assess prioritize and manage operational and enterprise risks.
• Lead audits corrective and preventive actions and regulatory compliance activities.
• Analyze and interpret quality EHS and operational data to drive decision-making.
• Build lead coach and develop Quality and EHS teams (including Quality Engineers and EHS Specialists).
• Engage internal and external stakeholders including customers and regulatory authorities.
• Manage department budgets and report variances to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments preferably automotive or highly regulated industries.
• Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and Quality Excellence Systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in Quality EHS and Risk Management.
• Experience leading audits managing compliance and driving systemic corrective actions.
• Ability to work independently make sound decisions and provide technical guidance to others.
• Strong data analysis problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build organizations processes and systems from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
