• Drive the automation and production of fund & strategy marketing decks primarily using Seismic software working closely with the Investment Services Presentation team.
• Support the Investment Analytics team with the automation and enhancement of client reporting tools.
• Proactively learn and adopt new automation tools coding languages and technologies as the team evolves its tech stack.
• Take responsibility for the production and outsourcing of factsheets ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with the expansion of marketing materials including wealth presentations PIDs corporate brochures team biographies and standard reporting as needed.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new or changed regulatory requirements when needed.
• Assist with the development and implementation of product launches when needed.
• Build effective working relationships across the firm including with portfolio managers sales marketing compliance and operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve client and product marketing issues.

• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. SQL Python VBA) or a demonstrable willingness and aptitude to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with automation or data tooling is a plus but not essential.

• Some exposure to financial services or asset management is desirable but not essential for candidates who can demonstrate a strong interest in the industry and a willingness to learn.
• An interest in financial markets performance measurement and the asset management/hedge fund industry.
• Ability to quickly learn strategies markets statistics and legal and compliance frameworks.

• Self-starter mentality comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Curious and adaptable with a genuine enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail particularly given the client-facing nature of the materials produced.
