Role description:

The Defence Sector within our Architecture and Urbanism team is expanding.

We are seeking a Document Controller with an Architectural background to support our growth ambitions.

This role will involve supporting internal Arcadis design teams with administrative and design activities.

Role accountabilities:

• Support project design teams with document control activities such as ensuring file naming conventions are in accordance with client requirements checking drawing conventions and filing information appropriately
• Attend meetings and support the architectural team in the production of meeting minutes
• Oversee the management of Contractor and client design information during end of stage reviews
• Manage uploading downloading and transmittals to/from client CDEs maintaining complete audit trails
• Support the architectural team the structuring and formatting of design reports and design statements
• Support the architectural team in the production of design information across RIBA Stages visiting site with the team where required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Architecture
• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe PS/InDesign
• Eligible to achieve NSV clearance
• Organisational and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for design and working in multi-disciplinary design teams
