Ce que ce poste implique :
Relevant du Directeur national Approvisionnement gestion immobilière le Spécialiste Approvisionnement jouera un rôle clé dans loptimisation des opérations des services gérés par JLL et des stratégies dapprovisionnement. Vous fournirez un soutien stratégique aux clients de la gestion immobilière et aux parties prenantes internes en offrant des renseignements sur le marché les fournisseurs et les opérations des services. Ce poste vous permettra didentifier et de diriger des ressources sur des propriétés pour exécuter des initiatives stratégiques qui génèrent des avantages immédiats et durables pour nos clients. En tant que spécialiste vous contribuerez directement aux objectifs de JLL en matière dexcellence opérationnelle et de satisfaction client. Ce poste hybride offre une flexibilité de travail avec quelques déplacements au besoin et du travail en présentiel au bureau.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Gérer lensemble du processus dappel doffres pour les principales catégories de dépenses en utilisant le système Jaggaer agissant à titre dexpert en approvisionnement pour soutenir les initiatives locales régionales et mondiales de JLL
Assurer la gestion la formation et le soutien des équipes des opérations dans les processus dappel doffres locales faisant preuve de proactivité dans la gestion des attentes des clients internes et externes
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de gestion des propriétés de JLL afin de générer des avantages immédiats et durables pour le client
Assurer la mise en œuvre la coordination et la communication des programmes locaux régionaux et nationaux dapprovisionnement
Soutenir les programmes de gestion des relations et de la performance des fournisseurs clés
Assurer la conformité aux politiques et procédures dapprovisionnement et de contractualisation de JLL et résoudre les problèmes contractuels transmis par les équipes de gestion immobilière
Participer aux rencontres dévaluation de la performance des fournisseurs privilégiés et collaborer avec les équipes transversales sur des projets spécifiques définis au niveau de la plateforme dapprovisionnement
Qualifications requises :
Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat) dune université de quatre ans
3 à 5 ans dexpérience en approvisionnement stratégique ou dans un domaine connexe
Bilinguisme requis à loral et à lécrit en français et en anglais
Maîtrise de MS Office plus particulièrement de MS Excel incluant la fonction VLOOKUP et les tableaux croisés dynamiques
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles avec une forte capacité analytique et une capacité démontrée à influencer les parties prenantes
Mobilisé et capable dassumer le rôle avec une supervision minimale; capacité à assumer ses responsabilités et à démontrer un sentiment durgence dans la gestion de multiples priorités
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
Qualifications préférées :
Expérience en gestion de propriétés ou dimmeubles
Expérience avec les initiatives de commerce électronique en matière dapprovisionnement
Connaissance des systèmes de gestion dapprovisionnement (Jaggaer ou similaire)
Expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs
Capacité démontrée à diriger des équipes dans un environnement décentralisé

Procurement Specialist JLL
What this job involves:
Reporting to the National Director Procurement Property Management the Procurement Specialist will play a key role in optimizing JLL Managed Services operations and procurement strategies. You will provide strategic support to property management clients and internal stakeholders by delivering insights on markets suppliers and service operations. This position empowers you to identify and direct resources across properties to execute strategic initiatives that drive both immediate and sustained benefits for our clients. As a specialist you will contribute directly to JLLs business objectives of operational excellence and client satisfaction. This hybrid role offers work flexibility with some travel as needed and face-to-face work in the office.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage the entire RFP/bid process for major spend categories using the Jaggaer system acting as a subject matter expert in support of JLLs local regional and global initiatives
Provide management instructions and training to support operations teams local RFP/bid events proactively managing internal and external customer expectations
Collaborate closely with JLL property management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to clients
Ensure implementation coordination and communication of local regional and national procurement programs
Support Sourcing Management teams supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers
Ensure compliance with JLLs sourcing and contracting policies and procedures and resolve contractual issues escalated by property management teams to assure client satisfaction
Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams on specific projects defined at the platform level
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
3 to 5 years of strategic sourcing or related experience
Bilingual French/English (written and spoken) is required
Proficient in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong analytical ability and proven capacity to influence stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to perform the role with minimal supervision; takes ownership and demonstrates sense of urgency while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skillsoral and written
Preferred Qualifications:
Property/facility management experience
Experience with e-commerce procurement initiatives
Knowledge of procurement management systems (Jaggaer or similar)
Experience in supplier relationship management
Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example service providers law firms peers bankers brokerage firms credit analysis firms credit agencies non-French-speaking clients etc.)

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
