Job Description
About the Role
Acciona is seeking a Project Engineer Camps to support the planning delivery and operation of workforce accommodation camps across a major infrastructure project. This role is critical to ensuring camps are safe compliant fitforpurpose and aligned with construction sequencing and workforce needs.
Reporting to the Project Manager Camps Logistics and Plant you will work closely with construction HSE environment land access and service providers to deliver highquality camp facilities throughout establishment operation and demobilisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning establishment and delivery of workforce accommodation camps
- Coordinate camp infrastructure utilities and service interfaces
- Assist in managing contractors and service providers delivering camp works
- Ensure camp works comply with safety environmental and regulatory requirements
- Support commissioning operation and demobilisation of camp facilities
- Conduct inspections manage defects and support rectification works
- Maintain accurate documentation reporting and cost tracking for camp activities
Required Skills and Competencies
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering Construction Management or related discipline
- Experience as a Project Engineer / Site Engineer on construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of site establishment temporary works or facilities delivery
- Sound knowledge of safety environmental and quality management systems
- Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder engagement skills
This is a regional role and includes the provision to be based at camp as required.
