We are looking for a Head of Application Engineering and Architecture to join our team.
This is a senior leadership role reporting to the VP Information Technology. You will be responsible for defining how technology solutions are designed built and delivered ensuring platforms and applications are scalable reliable and aligned to business goals. You will lead the teams that design build and support applications and is responsible for how engineering work is carried out across the organisation including ways of working standards and delivery approach. This includes setting direction establishing clear standards and ensuring decisions support both current needs and future growth.

Educated to a Bachelors degree level Software Engineering Information Systems or a related field or the relevant work experience.
Significant experience in senior technology roles demonstrating architectural leadership at both solution and enterprise levels.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across engineering architecture and QA.
Strong understanding of modern software development approaches and architectural patterns and how to apply them in practice.
Ability to define and embed engineering and architecture principles standards and guardrails.
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across business and technology building shared understanding and direction.
Strong leadership presence able to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
