What youll accomplish

• Supervise and optimize the performance of CPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

• Maintain efficient workflows to drive customer satisfaction and consistent account growth.

• Assist Account Managers in achieving defined performance benchmarks for commercial sellers.

• Engage in direct communication with sellers to address needs and provide updates.

• Provide actionable recommendations for category-specific performance improvements within CPC campaigns.

• Share and implement standardized processes to streamline team workflows.

• Develop a deep understanding of the economic trends and dynamics within your assigned categories.

What you will bring

• 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing (specifically CPC campaign setup and optimization) e-commerce or digital advertising.

• Consistent track record with CPC platforms (e.g. Google Ads).

• Highly structured data-driven and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

• Demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong trust-based client relationships.

• A dedicated team player with an open collaborative and proactive mindset.

• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
