Part-Time Customer Service Rep

Carolinas Collision Centers a division of Capital Automotive Group is looking for a PART-TIME Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Raleigh! What Youll Be Doing:

• Greet customers and serve as the first point of contact for the collision center
• Answer incoming calls schedule appointments and provide updates on repair status
• Communicate with customers insurance companies and internal team members
• Assist with intake of vehicles and ensure accurate documentation
• Manage customer expectations throughout the repair process
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry filing and invoicing support
• Maintain a professional friendly and organized front office environment

What Were Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience (automotive or collision experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
