Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor radio traffic telephone calls alarms cameras and/or building systems to identify incidents and relay information to on-site personnel management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Dispatch officers and/or appropriate responders to routine calls incidents maintenance concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed logs incident reports activity records and/or dispatch documentation to support daily operations and communication across the property.
• Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status communicating post assignments and helping to coordinate responses around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
