Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated hands-on Consumer Insights Sr. Analyst to support our marketing and crossfunctional teams. This role helps shape consumer understanding and drive growth by translating consumer customer and market data into clear actionable recommendations that inform brand positioning targeting renovation and innovation decisions and communication effectivenesswith guidance from a manager/insights lead.
Key responsibilities
- Support brand and marketing teams with insight inputs that inform strategy priorities and business decisions.
- Execute consumer research (qualitative and quantitative) from design through fielding analysis and synthesis with moderate guidance.
- Develop clear actionable recommendations rooted in consumer understanding business context and market dynamics.
- Contribute to product renovation and innovation learning including limited-time offerings and new product concepts.
- Support evaluation of communication and activation effectiveness to optimize messaging and media decisions.
- Integrate primary and secondary data sources syndicated tracking and internal datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate findings into concise compelling narratives and presentations for stakeholders building confidence and autonomy over time.
- Coordinate with external research partners and vendors as needed; support end-to-end execution of studies with manager approval.
- Manage multiple workstreams prioritize deliverables and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting both primary and secondary research approaches (design/execution/analysis) with demonstrated ability to synthesize insights.
- Familiarity with syndicated data tools (e.g. Nielsen Circana Mintel or equivalents).
- Experience coordinating with research vendors and supporting end-to-end studies (e.g. briefing questionnaire/discussion guide development fieldwork coordination analysis reporting).

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89800.00 - $112200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
