Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule: 35 Days per Week
• Shift Type: Evening / Nights (Variable)
• Hours per Shift: 8 or 12 hours
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours
• Overtime: Available
• Housing: Provided

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) this role you will deliver high-quality patient-centered care while supporting daily nursing operations within your assigned unit. You will collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes regulatory compliance and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and facility policies
• Assist in implementing and evaluating resident care under RN supervision
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to RNs or physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists and physicians
• Participate in patient rounds and address resident/family concerns
• Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation
• Support quality improvement initiatives and audits
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs and junior staff

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (Diploma or Certificate)
• Successful completion of the NCLEX-PN

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
• IV Certification Preferred
• COVID-19 Vaccination Required

Experience

• 02 years of practical nursing experience preferred
• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care strongly preferred
